Starting Thursday, June 6, Ohio will raise the legal limits on recreational marijuana purchases.

Adults 21 and older can buy up to 2.5 ounces of flower and 15 grams of concentrate in a single transaction. This doubles the previous limit.

Before this change, Ohio only allowed 2.5 ounces or 26.55 grams of THC total over 90 days. Now, you can walk into a dispensary and stock up without worrying about rationing your stash.

Ohio’s Division of Cannabis Control recently approved the new rules.

Stay tuned—we’ll keep you posted on dispensary openings and more updates.
