This morning we hear that ABC’s ‘The View’ is quickly gearing up to welcome one of it’s most prominent on-air guests. That’s right, you’ve heard it here first that President Barack Obama is scheduled for this Thursday’s edition of ‘The View,’ and we’re excited to hear from him and the ladies as well.
The announcement was made within the last hour as executive producers of the show Barbara Walters and Bill Goodie also revealed that Obama’s appearance marks the first time a sitting U.S. president has visited a daytime talk show.
So what will President Barack Obama discuss with co-hosts Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Beha, Elisabeth Hasselbeck and Sherri Shepherd? The majority of the hour-long segment will be devoted to President Barack Obama and he plans to discuss in detail issues surrounding jobs, the economy, the highly publicized and ultimately disastrous Gulf oil spill and even family life inside the White House.
