Something’s not stirring the Kool Aid. We all know it’s not the album sales. “BLACKsummer’snight” his first album in eight years has sold more than 1 million copies since it was released last summer. So what else could it be? Many are saying it’s his diva ways. Yes. It’s been told by more than a few its Maxwell that’s causing all the drama.
Was it too much greatness on one stage? Earlier this year he along with Jill Scott and Erykah Badu joined forces to tour together. What an incredible trio right? Well this would have been Maxwell’s third tour in two years. We’re not sure what the real reason was even back when he was scheduled to perform at the Bank of Kentucky Center however that date was also cancelled for July 7th. So here’s the skinny if you have tickets for any of his concert dates after the 26th of this month “Go back to your point of purchase and get your money back”. The second leg of the tour has been cancelled indefinitely.
