(AllHipHop News) XXXTentacion’s mom is apparently attempting to block his ex-girlfriend’s attempt to obtain the late rap star’s DNA, to establish the paternity of his child.
Last week, it was revealed Jenesis Sanchez was petitioning a court so she could confirm XXXTentacion is the father of their child, Gekyume Onfroy.
Jenesis wants the DNA to confirm XXX is the father to establish Gekyume as the legal heir to the murdered rap star’s estate.
XXXTentacion’s mother Cleopatra Bernard has asked a judge to toss the request for unknown reasons since the legal motion has been sealed from the public.
A judge has yet to rule on the request.
