Cincinnati, guess what? It’s the weekend! We made it, but before you kick those shoes off and relax on the couch, let’s take a moment to be thankful for the gift of love and laughter.

If you’re kicking off your Mother’s Day celebration in just under two hours at the “Love & Laughter” show at Cincinnati Music Hall featuring comedian D.L. Hughley, R&B superstar Fantasia and special guest KeKe Wyatt, then we want to know what’s funny, what others might have missed and all the special moments you experience tonight.

Don’t forget to come back here and share what you thought of our girl Fantasia as she rocks the stage and represents for all the “B-A-B-Y M-A-M-A’s” attending the concert. Take photos and send them to us or post your responses and personal recaps from the show below in the comments section.

Laughter is therapeutic. We’ve heard for so long that laughter is good for the soul. So, today, I feel like enhancing the strength of my soul by laughing and I want you to find out what’s so funny by clicking play on the video clip below.

This is something so sweet, so innocent and yet completely hilarious all at the same time. For those of us who’s mother’s might have raised in the church, you all will surely get a kick out of this sanctified, Sunday morning choral rendition of one of the biggest songs from the past year. It’s a perfect fit for the churchy “Single Ladies” (and their children) or those that just love a good soulful, belly laugh.

Our girl Fantasia, being that she comes from the church and carries that same sanctified and soulful sound in her music today, might even get a kick out of this one, too. Church kids just know how to have a good time and trust, we can take anything to church if you let us. Haha! Isn’t that right ‘Tasia?

101.1 The Wiz wants all of you to enjoy honoring your mothers, grandmothers, aunties, sisters, extended family members and friends as the leading ladies in your lives all weekend long. Live, love, laugh and be liberated. Especially all of you “Single Ladies.”

So once again, Happy Mother’s Day Cincinnati and abroad. We love you! We salute you and we honor your contributions to our lives and our communities.
