Grammy-nominated artist Alonzo Bereal is back with his latest track, “Bout Us.”
Assisted by Bay Area legend E-40, Alonzo finds himself singing about his fleeting relationship with a lady friend. As one of the West Coast’s best up-and-coming R&B singers, he flows over the smooth track as E-40’s rapping adds some bounce to the laid-back song.
HipHopDX recently caught up with Alonzo and he expressed how much it meant for E-40 to hop on the track, saying, “We ran into each other on tour earlier this year and the godfather told me he would do it and it’s very rare that you find people that keep their word to you.”
