What is the deal? Everybody and their mama’s want some money from Lee Daniels, Empire! The show exploded on the scene after its first season. There is even talks of a “Cookie” spin-off in the works. Marvin Gaye’s son is the latest to claim the hit tv show was actually His Idea! According to Marvin Gaye III he submitted material that is identical to their storyline.
