Former UC officer Ray Tensing is out on bail. According to USATODAY Hamilton County Common Pleas Court set Tensing’s bond at $1 million during the arraignment as Tensing bowed his head, closed his eyes and never looked at anyone. According to police, Tensing was always in protected custody and never in general population. He was under suicide watch/protective custody. He was checked on by officers every 10 minutes.What are your thoughts on him being released on bond?
