Disturbing: College Hill Mom Beheads 3-Month Old Baby

Some very DISTURBING news coming out of Price Hill, as Deasia Watkins, 20, has been charged with aggravated assault in the death of her 3-month old baby, Janiyah.
According to reports, the mother suffered from postpartum depression.
In January, the child was placed in the care of the mother’s aunt after she was removed from Deasia’s care.
