R&B Singer Tank Arrested In Los Angeles And Goes To The Steve Harvey

While riding around the Van Nuys section of Los Angeles, R&B singer Tank was pulled over and got himself in a bit of trouble. According to TMZ, police officers spotted the TGT singer talking on his cell phone while he was driving, which is illegal in California.
