Sunday Word From Ms. Ebony J:

Is your life going backwards? Has it ever felt like no matter how much ground you’ve covered, you seem to keep encountering setbacks? Know that you are not alone on your daily journey. You serve a God of second chances. Life is short; realize that every morning you wake up God is giving you the opportunity to recover! You can be redeemed; all you have to do is Trust and Believe in God. I love the song lyrics “I ain’t worried about nothing” because as long as you listen and study the word of God you have nothing to worry about. . . I promise you will be victorious in the end. Remember God is always with you and He is the source of your strength. He is always making a way out of no way so move out of the way and let him work on you. You may be moving backwards now but you will gain victory in the end. Keep smiling!

Scripture:

“I am the true vine, and my father is the vinedresser. Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away and every branch that does bear fruit he prunes, that it may bear more fruit.” John15: 1-2

Testimony:

Don’t look at people’s lives and assume they have everything together. Trust and believe, like you I have experienced setbacks and I’ve felt like my life was moving backwards. But once I realized that I wasn’t in control and that God had the ultimate say, The direction of my life started shifting. You must go backwards in order to move forward. When I began to study His word and made time for prayer I noticed that I was no longer moving backwards, I was moving forward. You should try it!

Prayer:

Dear Lord, Thank You for being faithful and Thank you for waking me up even during my hard times. Thanks for your forgiveness and taking me through circumstances that will develop my character and lead me to Victory. Amen.
