A Chicago Electronic musician is going after Nicki Minaj for allegedly lifting his beats for her song “Starships.” He claims she illegally used beats from his 2011 track to create the hook. He also goes on to say she and her crew may have heard the song on a Swedish television channel where his version was being used in ads for a clothing retailer.
