Keyshia Cole‘s husband Daniel “Boobie” Gibson — a professional basketball player — turned himself in to the New Orleans Police Department earlier today.
He’s been charged with assault and battery for an incident that took place earlier this month at the Essence Festival. Details on the assault have been not made clear. But as of right now, Boobie has been released and is no longer in Custody.
