Over the weekend, Rihanna reportedly uploaded a photo of a fan to her Instagram page. While usually one stanwould revel in such an honor, this upload wasn’t exactly that complimenting.
Commenting on a photo of Rihanna and a family member, Instagram user ms_kasharna1 wrote, “I swear everyone in Rihanna’s family looks like they’re retarded… Must be the drugs and alcohol!” (Welcome to the new world of Instagram beef.)
It should be noted that Rihanna does not take kindly to derogatory insults about her family. The “Diamonds” singer responded by snagging the user’s own Instagram photo and uploading it aside a photo of a goat (see above.) The caption read: “Can you spot the 3 things that are different in these pics? Chile, it’s time to privatize that account!” Privatize she did, and the goat photo was soon deleted from Instagram as well.
This isn’t the first cyberbullying incident Rihanna has made headlines for. In February 2012, Riri responded harshly to one of many negative comments she gets from desperate fans. “I gotta admit, I lost a lot of respect for @rihanna,” wrote a fan on Twitter. “Makin a song w/ the dude that beat your face off is not a good look.”
Rihanna replied, “Neither is your [avatar.]”
