Nas’ lawyers are asking the judge to drop a multi million dollar law suit against him. The lawsuit was filed by a concert promoter who claimed he and his son was kidnapped in Angola in 2011. Supposedly Nas skipped out on a pair of New Years Eve concerts there. The promoter says he and his son were held captive for 49 days to force the repayment of $300,000 was paid. Nas’ lawyers claim it was actually the promoter’s fault that Nas did not get there on time for the concerts because he allegedly did not pay Nas on time. Nas’ camp also accuses him of botching Nas’ travel plans to get there. Meanwhile the men kidnapped claim they suffered physiological and physical abuse along with threats.
