Summer break is over! That means its time for back to school. Chicago held a major celebration for the youth in the city, the 82nd annual Bud Billiken parade. Held in Chicago’s South Side. R. Kelly served as the honorary Grand Marshall. Many of his fans were heard screaming for joy over the R&B music mogul. The Chicago Sun-Times reports that one woman in particular yelled “You’re still my baby, no matter what you did”. While other’s smirked as he passed them by. Kell’s stood proud atop his float while smiling and waving to the crowd. Watch the video to see him in action.
