Singer Faith Evans, best known as the wife of the late Notorious B.I.G., cut a deal recently for a lesser charge, stemming from an August DUI arrest.

Evans was busted in Los Angeles in late August when cops determined that she was driving under the influence when the stopped at a DUI checkpoint.

According to TMZ, she copped a plea in the case and received just 36 months of probation.
