Although he is currently in jail, Gucci Mane has his mind on music. The southern rapper recently talked about his new “The State Vs Radric Davis” (which recently debuted as the number one rap album in the country), thanking all his fans for their support. Gucci Mane also said that his next album is done and soon as he gets out of prison, he’s going to work on yet another album, with both projects set for next year. “I got an album coming out April 2010,” Gucci said. “It’s called The State vs. Radric Davis: The Appeal,” he said. “Seventeen tracks. It’s already recorded, getting mixed and mastered as we speak. I’m dropping a trilogy with The State vs. Radric Davis. When I get out, I’ll be working on the third part to the trilogy. The final [will be called] The State vs. Radric Davis: The Verdict. That’ll be [in stores] December of 2010.”Gucci Mane was given a 12th month sentence for a probation violation last monthj and his lawyer (Dwight L Thomas) recent said he is hoping his client will bet a free man sometime in the first part of next year. Gucci recently had his “Heavy” music video hit the net but the rapper said he already has a remix for the track with Young Jeezy. “We already recorded two songs,” Gucci said of his freshly squashed beef with Jeezy. “One song was the ‘Trap or Die 2′ remix — I jumped on there for him and he did a verse for my song ‘Heavy’ with Shawty Redd on the beat. We just haven’t released it yet.”
