It’s been eight years. You’d think Nelly and Kelly Rowland would have worked out their “Dilemma,” but nope. In their new track, “Gone,” which picks up where their Grammy-winning smash left off, Nelly and Kelly are still gaga over each other.

“Remember the chick that used to live right up the block from me?/I seen her yesterday and she still fly,” Nelly opens the first verse singing. “She still right, still tight, still fine/Yup, I still wanna make her mine.”

Time hasn’t changed Kelly’s feelings either. Unlike on “Dilemma” where Kelly had only the hook and bridge to sing, she gets a full verse to make her position known. “You know I still got that love for you, baby/You still be driving me crazy,” she sings over the slow-riding R&B beat courtesy of hitmaker Jim Jonsin.

“I’d do it all again if I had to/Throw this money at you/Girl you know you got me gone,” Nelly starts the chorus with. Kelly finishes: “I’d do it all again if I had to/You ain’t gotta ask, boo/Boy you know you got me gone.” These two just need to quit playing games! They make beautiful music together.
