The Louisiana rapper was already in jail for a parole violation when he got hit with another charge- MURDER. He probably thought he was going to get away with it but nope not this time. According to reports three men fired shots into a man’s home by the name of Terry Boyd, killing the 35yr old male back in October 2009. One of the shooters identified was Torrance Hatch otherwise known as Lil Boosie.
After Boosie was discovered leaving his home after being placed on house arrest. He was taken into custody in November to serve a one year prison sentence. He was charged with violating his probation.
According to Ballerstatus.com in addition to the murder wrap, the rapper and two associates were also indicted on multiple drug-possession charges — including possession with the intent to deliver (PIWD) charges, three counts of conspiracy to commit PWITD narcotics, and two counts of conspiracy to introduce contraband into a penal institution.
