Good thing Travis Scott made a lot of money during his recent Astroworld tour cause he lost a lawsuit for not appearing for an event during last year’s Super Bowl.
Entertainment event company PJAM was awarded $382,932.79 due to Travis skipping out on the event, a source says Travis missed the event due to “weather and logistics,” however, PJAM said in a statement that Travis “refused to show up at the event” hours before the show after being paid $150,000 up front and given the use of a private jet.
“The jury verdict of $383k is disappointing but far less than the seven-figure demands made by the promoters. We believe the verdict will be substantially reduced or overturned in subsequent proceedings,” said Travis’ lawyer, Howard King.
