After months of broken promises and snippets of a few new tunes, Cardi B is said to finally be arriving with new music as of next week, a source revealed to Page Six. The “Be Careful” singer has remained silent on social media since her brawl with Nicki Minaj last weekend and according the publication the song “is definitely not a diss track.”
We hear she’s featured on Pardison Fontaine’s new song. Cardi also performs on an upcoming DJ Snake track with Selena Gomez and Ozuna.
Our insider said when it comes to the rapper’s fight with Minaj, it’s unlikely to damage her career.
“Most [in the music world] are not shocked,” said the source. “Cardi’s been through much worse . . . Cardi walks the talk.”
The “Bodak Yellow” rapper’s first public appearance since her brawl with Minaj is scheduled to be Sept. 29, at the Global Citizen Festival.
