Things are getting out of hand.
A therapist who works with people with disabilities is telling his story after being shot by police while he was trying to help his patient with autism. Charles Kinsey is videoed lying on the ground with his hands up explaining to the officers weapons are not necessary.
Kinsey was then shot in the leg. Although, the shooting was not captured on camera Kinsey said he had his hands up the entire time.
