Chris Brown Performs in Concert in Oslo

Wherever Chris Brown goes, drama is sure to follow. Thankfully, his latest run-in with the police was quite mild in comparison to prior cases.

Chris and his crew recently touched down in Amsterdam during the international leg of his “One Hell of a Night” tour, and decided to explore the country by purchasing some pretty sleek-looking dirt bikes. Unfortunately, they forgot one thing: all bikes must have plates (even in foreign countries).

Just a short time later, the singer announced to his 27 million Instagram followers that his joy ride had ended early, and his current chill spot was the police station. “We’re in the police station,” the singer said. “We gotta pay this damn fine. Man, didn’t have no tags. Bike life.”

Though his joy riding plans were foiled by the brief encounter, Breezy did give a special shout out to Amsterdam police for being so kind. “Public service announcement, kids. Do not ride motor vehicles without license plates,” he says in another video. “Sorry, we just bought the bikes. Forgot about the license plate. Yeah. So. We’re handling the situation as is. But the police are really nice about it, man. I actually like the police out here. They’re cool as s–t. For real.”

Breezy then posted a smiley group photo including himself and his arresting officers, who appear to be big fans of his.

Well, there’s something you don’t see everyday! We’re glad to hear Chris got off easy.
