In Youngstown Ohio, a 22-year-old man got high and called the police. When the police arrived he was curled up in a fetal position surrounded by snacks. Fox 59 says, “he told officers he couldn’t feel his face”. Paranoid out his mind, he gave officers the keys to his car and they found a jar of marijuana and paraphernalia.
He refused medial treatment, and has not yet been charged.
I’m still trying to understand what he smoked. After 2 joints, he called 911. . . ? He must have baby lungs.
Cases and calls like this is not going to get the marijuana law passed in Ohio.
