Ok if you like me I tend to eat MORE in the evenings. I start off with protein, fruits, salads but by the time the work day is complete and you are home, pizza, burgers, beer, ect… Trying to loose weight you can’t eat good through the day and heavy at night. Portions is the key! and try to eat heavy more during the day if at all! Here is 3 simple tips for snacking in the evening…
1. Eat NOTHING after dinner!
2. Prepare for Bed– read, stretch, light exercise, ect… helps get a great start in the morning
3. Keep snacks light– through the day but especially if you eat after dinner, get a small piece of fruit
