Ray J had a weird encounter with cops Wednesday when he was pulled over for allegedly “texting and driving”
Ray J tells TMZ that he informed the officers he wasn’t texting and driving he was struggling to connect his blue tooth. He says the cops then ran his license and registration, came back to the car and gave him a warning. After they learned he was in the music business they asked him to get out of the car and to take a photo with them.
The LAPD has now launched an internal affairs investigation. Apparently it’s against company policy to take a picture with someone after letting them off the hook.
