R&B superstar Trey Songz has decided to join the ranks of a variety of great singers and musicians after completing a recent taping of the latest installment of MTV‘s intimate session “Unplugged.”
Songz reportedly enjoyed the “great experience and opportunity” which was taped for television earlier this month with a late spring/early summer air date tentatively scheduled.
Normally seen and heard singing to more energetic R&B/Hip Hop driven tracks during his performances, Songz revamped his musical delivery to fit the format of a mainly acoustic setting with a percussionist, a string section and a grand piano.
