Beyonce’s self-titled album continues to top the charts. This week, the album sold 310,270 units and the project has moved 1,301,392 units overall. This week, Beyonce also released a new installment of her art feature, which has been an on-going YouTube video series. Her latest clip, “Liberation,” features Beyonce speaking about sensuality, sexuality and her body.

“I was very aware of the fact that I was showing my body,”

Beyonce says in the clip, speaking about the music videos for the project.

“I was 195 pounds when I gave birth. I lost 65 pounds. I worked crazily to get my body back. I wanted to show my body. I wanted to show that you can have a child and you can work hard and you can get your body back. I know finding my sensuality, getting back into my body and being proud of growing up, it was important to me to express that in this music, because I know there are so many women that feel the same thing after they give birth.”
