Happy birthday Mickey!!!! (Via:Ballerstatus) Disney character, Mickey Mouse, made his first appearance on Nov. 18, 1928 in black-n-white cartoon called Steamboat Willie. Fast forward to 2013, Mickey is 85 years old… and is celebrated as one of the most iconic cartoon characters in history. He’s so popular, he’s got a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which he received in 1978, the first one for a cartoon character.
