The United States Postal Service is honoring late singer Ray Charles this Monday. This is part of its music icon series. Monday is also his birthday therefore two events will be taken place in order to recognize him, one at Morehouse Colleges Ray Charles performing Arts Center in Atlanta and the other will take place in Los Angeles at the Grammy Museum.
