According to ESPN.com, sources have confirmed that Oklahoma City Thunder superstar Kevin Durant has decided to leave his current agent to sign on as the latest client of Jay’s new sports agency.
Durant reportedly wants to increase his brand, and feels the hip-hop mogul’s Roc Nation is the right move. A spokesman for Roc Nation Sports, however, told ESPN that Durant is not currently a client.
It’s unknown whether Jay-Z still has to sell his minority ownership stake in the Brooklyn Nets before signing Durant. A source said the sale has yet to be completed.
