In anticipation of Braveheart dropping on June 11, Ashanti has released a visual for “Never Should Have”. Earlier, we told you that the song also appears on the soundtrack for Ashanti’s LIFETIME show “Army Wives.”
She tapped Sanji Senaka to direct the gorgeous clip which they shot in Santa Barbara, Calif. Speaking of the new disc (which will feature production from Jerry Wonda, Detail and Sak Pase) she said, “It’s something for women, just being empowering. This album is something very deep. I’m going places that I haven’t gone on different albums.”
