50 Cent has been in hospital this week, seemingly because of a stomach virus. Though the rapper’s recent collaborator DJ Drama told XXL that the condition wasn’t too serious.
And Fiddy himself, via Twitter, said that the hospital stint would not delay the release of his and Drama’s new EP, ‘The Lost Tape’, which is due out next week. Though whether it will impact on the rapper’s supposedly-near-completion fifth album, remains to be seen.
