Female rapper Iggy Azalea has been attracting attention from music fans since she released her Ignorant Art mixtape last year, and a respected music exec has even referred to her as “the next 2Pac.” After being courted by major labels, Iggy Azalea has signed with Interscope Records, and Interscope/Geffen/A&M Records Chairman Jimmy Iovine made the comparison to 2Pac.

That may sound heavy to most, but 2Pac spent his career on Interscope Records. Maybe Jimmy Iovine is right?

Money B “Not Surprised” By Explicit Tupac Tape

Tupac’s mother Afeni Shakur may be lawyering up to prevent he sale of a sex tape starring her son, but Pac’s “I Get Around” co-star Money B is not surprised by the tape’s existence at all.

“I do remember doing a tape, I knew eventually it would come out,” he told a TMZ reporter in Hollywood. “I didn’t know who had it, but I knew it was out there. I’m not surprised. I knew eventually that one would surface.”

Money B, a member of Digital Underground, has no idea what the unreleased Tupac track playing on the tape might be but joked that he wouldn’t mind “getting some money” from the sale since he appears on it.

Earlier in the week, TMZ broke news of an alleged sex tape starring late, iconic hip-hop star, Tupac Shakur. The report drew skepticism from some … and was followed by reports of six-figure offers for the rights to the footage by various companies.

For the non-believers, TMZ has just released photographic evidence, proving that there is, in fact, a Tupac sex tape.

Here’s how the story goes: apparently, the late rapper was recorded receiving oral sex from a mystery woman back in 1991 … and a five-minute clip has surfaced. In it, Pac is seen standing in a living room, with a women on her knees at his crotch, all while he’s enjoying a cocktail and a blunt. According to TMZ, one of his tracks are even playing in the background, as the rapper sings along, wiggling his hips — all the while getting serviced by the woman.

The photos here go along with what TMZ reported was on the tape. In one, you can see Money B (from Digital Underground) in the framea and chats it up with Pac. At press time, it was unclear if the footage has been sold.

Its been 15years since the death of Tupac Shakur. A former LAPD homicide detective has written a book entitled “Murder Rap”. In it he tells tales of how the LAPD sat on extensive amounts of tapes and documents. The information contained confessions from key players behind the alleged assassinations of Pac and Christopher Wallace otherwise known as the Notorious B.I.G.

One recording was of a man who says he was offered one million dollars to take the lives of 2Pac and former Death Row CEO, Suge Knight. The detective says he was later unexpectedly pulled from the investigation right before he closed the case. The case was then closed completely.

The book “Murder Rap” is being released today.

WE REMEMBER TUPAC. MAY HIS MUSIC & HIS LEGACY LIVE ON THROUGH US ALL.

Today, a few of your favorite new members from the infamous WizNation Crew (representatives of 101.1 The Wiz & WizNation.com) took time to share their personal reflections on the legendary lyricist we all loved and appreciated – Tupac Shakur. It’s hard to believe that 15 years have gone by and while many of us were just getting started in our entertainment careers, Tupac was busy making music, making magic and making us fall in love with his unique flow and sound straight from the West Coast. Today, we’ll remember his contributions to making Hip Hop what it is today. Without artists like him, many of today’s most popular acts would still be unheard of. Think about that for a moment. What would Hip Hop look like, sound like or feel like if there was never a Tupac Shakur? As hard to fathom as it may be, it’s a reality that we all still face to this day. May his music and his legacy continue to live on through us all. Let’s hear from everyone else below.

Tupac’s legacy to me is extremely important to Hip Hop. Biggie could ride the hell out of a beat, that’s fact, but Pac brought a sense of consciousness to rap like no one else could do. In the way that he delivered it, he was a lyricist. He read and spoke from wisdom and truth. It was brilliant. Just like anybody from the hood though, he had hood experience – so quite naturally that was also delivered in his flow. Ultimately, Tupac is one of the greatest artists to live. He made us mad, he made us laugh, cry, think, and celebrate. I appreciate his music and respect his passion. I recognize what he was attempting to do for his generation and those to follow. He was a messenger. RIP.

Tupac’s lyrical content wasn’t all about the glamorous lifestyle that the majority of artists talk about now in their raps. He kept it real which showed by as an artist and also as a human being you don’t have to do certain things in life to be respected or even noticed. he also had enough courage to stay in his own lane and make records like “Brenda’s Got a Baby” and “Dear Momma” – both of which will be recognized as long as Hip Hop is on the face of this earth. From graduating from the School of Creative & Performing Arts with a gold flat-top hairstyle to the fearless nose ring, Tupac inspired me to be comfortable in my own shoes and create my own image based on what I feel fits me – not what others say or do. The life of Tupac ended sadly and way too soon, but from then on a lot of lessons were learned. Gone, but never forgotten, Tupac’s voice will forever live in Hip Hop and will be highly appreciated by many inside and outside of the community.
