The 2012 Grammy Awards are about a week away. Everybody’s favorite Female emcee, Nicki Minaj is up for four awards and is also performing this year. She claims “as of last year its like I didn’t exist”. Just look how far she’s come!

We received a copy of her celebrity rider list. Prior to her upcoming performance at the Grammy’s they’re going to have to put in some work. The Harajuku Barbie requests 24bottle of Dasani water, 12 at room temperature and 12 on ice. Three 12piece buckets of spicy chicken wings, absolutely no thighs. Wild almonds. Red Bull. Snapple. Dried cranberry’s. three packs of gum. Fruit and cheese platter. Bumble Bee Tuna.

In an exclusive interview with Nahright.com, Drake killed the hopes of any hip-hop fans (or proud Canadians) who thought he’d respond to Common’s diss on the “Stay Schemin” (REMIX).

While on the set of the the “The Zone” video featuring The Weeknd, Drake cleared everything up once and for all.

So people want to know: will you respond to Common?
No. Because despite how it’s been worded by him that situation is not a “hip hop moment” or a “battle for the sake of musical integrity”…it’s a ploy for attention around the release of an album. More than anything it was just disappointing cause what kid isn’t a fan of what Common has done for our genre. A guy who made such an incredible career for himself based off expressing genuine feelings about life and love is now targeting me for sharing my story.

The conscious one, Common dropped by the studio early this morning. Russ Parr jumped right into the question that’s on everybody’s mind, what is up with him and Drake? Common broke it down- so it could forever be broken. Then he moved on to drop tracks from his new album “The Dreamer the Believer” as well as some other ventures he’s working on. Common’s got his sag card, he’s not just an incredible lyricist he’s also a thespian. This comes as no surprise his career is evolving and he’s starring in another film entitled LUV where he shares a the spotlight along side Emmy award Winner, Danny Glover.
