Celebrities are just as excited as Jay-Z and Beyonce about their baby girl. There were reports which indicated that baby Carter’s name was Ivy Blue. Gwyneth Paltrow, a close friend to the couple, corrected the media. This morning Gwyn tweeted: “Welcome to the world, Blue. We love you already.”
When one of her followers asked whether the baby’s name was Ivy Blue or Blue Ivy, Gwyn replied “It’s Blue Ivy!” Boom! Now we have it straight!
Sister/aunt Solange tweeted: “The most beautiful girl in the world.”
Then, Beyonce’s close friend and stylist Ty Hunter tweeted a simple smiley face when the news broke.
Rihanna added: “Welcome to the world Princess Carter, Love Aunty Rih!”
The X-Factor crew, Diddy, and Russell Simmons were also one of the first celebs to send their welcomes to Blue Ivy. How exciting! We hear she rented out an entire floor in the hospital with a cost charged at over $1 million (anything for baby Blue Livy), and delivered by C-section.
