Its been a minute since 112 disbanded. Well it looks like Q Parker has been busy and missed the spot light too. He’s put a ring on it, jumped the broom and had a son, Lil Q aka Quinnes Jr. Aside from fatherhood he hasn’t overlooked the importance of a great workout. His physique looks damn good!
