Bernard “The Executioner” Hopkins believes his life is movie-worthy–and he knows exactly who he wants to bring his story to the big screen. The former undisputed world middleweight champion is fighting Jean Pascal in Canada later this year; at the age of 46, he’s looking to become the oldest champion in history.

“After I win, I’m ready to tell my whole story,” Hopkins told ESPN.

“I want 50 Cent…He has the swagger. He doesn’t look approachable but he really is. He understands my life. It was his life also.”

There has reportedly been some real interest in getting a film about Hopkins made. There has apparently been offers of financial backing from the producers of 2001 hit Training Day.
