LOS ANGELES — Reality star Kim Kardahsian is planning to sue New England Patriots player Bret Locket over his claim in In Touch Magazine that she has been cheating on fiancee Kris Humphries with him.
Lockett claims that the two of them have been exchanging sex text messages and racy pictures. He plans on revealing the photographs to the press.
