Are you currently enrolled in college or heading to college in the fall? Could you use some extra cash to pay for tuition? Applicants are being sought in honor of the life and work of civil rights pioneer Rosa Parks. This year’s winner will be rewarded with a $1000 scholarship during CAIR’s 17th annual banquet in October. A day-long leadership skills training conference is scheduled to precede the banquet on Saturday. The application deadline for the scholarship is September 23, 2011.
