One of the year’s most talked about literary works is just about ready to officially invade national movie theaters with a story that will touch the hearts of many. Based on the #1 New York Times best-selling book, “The Help” stars Emma Stone, Academy Award-nominated actress Viola Davis and Octavia Spencer as three incredible grown women living in 1960s Mississippi.
Their individual and collective stories dealing with issues of race, infidelity and the notion of breaking quite a few barriers makes for an interesting journey that is worth witnessing and reading this year.
