Doctor Dies After Getting Stuck In Boyfriends’ Chimney

A woman who tried to get into the house of a man she had been dating by sliding down a chimney was found three days later, dead and decomposing.
Dr Jacquelyn Kotarac reportedly climbed on the roof of the house on Wednesday night, removed the chimney cap and slid feet first down the chute, AP reports.
The 49-year-old had unsuccessfully tried other methods to get into the house. Police said investigators do not suspect foul play in her death.
The man who she was attempting to see allegedly left the house unnoticed to avoid a confrontation, police said.
The body remained undiscovered for several days until someone noticed foul odours coming from the fireplace.
Firefighters dismantled the chimney to remove the body.
