Diggy was one of the top vote getters in the MTV.com poll for top-5 hottest breakthrough MCs of 2010.  The winner was to be revealed this Sunday at Noon on MTV’s Sucker Free Summit

We’ve just received our Hollywood updates for the week and here comes piping hot news about the gorgeous Michael Ealy – and yes, ladies, isn’t he fine?

The talented, gifted and oh so handsome Mr. Ealy is the newest cast member of the CBS television series “The Good Wife,” alongside Julianna Margulies.

If you recall, we last saw Ealy just before the cancellation of ABC’s “FlashForward,” but don’t feel too bad for the brother because he’s bounced right on into character as Derrick Bond, head of the D.C. firm that will be merging with lead characters – Will and Diane’s, struggling practice.

Michael Ealy, also seen working it formerly onscreen in both editions of the Barbershop saga with Hip Hop’s ultra-entrepreneur Ice Cube and the lady pit bull turned mainstream golden girl Eve, is currently due to star in at least 10 future episodes of “The Good Wife’s” forthcoming second season. So congrats again to our brother – Michael Ealy. Job well done and we will be supporting you.

It has been well reported that Oprah is not enthused nor flattered by Kitty Kelley’s Oprah: A Biography. The “real Oprah” has supposedly been unveiled via Kelley’s research. As much as Oprah has shared about her life with the public it is highly skeptical to think that much more could be uncovered; yet, it is intriguing to think Kelley has discovered more.

Despite Oprah’s senitiments, a biopic based upon Kelley’s book is opted for TV. Larry A. Thompson, veteran producer, will oversee the project that will likely be a two hour to four hour dramatization. Thompson’s work also include biopics for cultural icons like Lucille Ball and Desi Arnaz, and Sonny and Cher.

Thompson is still in the process of shopping the film to various networks, none have been disclosed. As expected Oprah and her associates have refused to coment.

Good to see him keeping his career moving! I was a little worried he’d let the media defeat him. But, after the BET Awards it seems new life has been restored to his path. Matrix is a record that failed to make Graffiti. However below is the teaser for the upcoming short film: 12 Strands (Matrix). Chris, and his company CBE, teamed with Riveting Ent. to create the mini-movie. It’s a good look. Remember Chris Brown will be in the new movie Takers in theaters August 27th! Dondria has signed on as the opening act of the Passion, Pain & Pleasure Tour headlined by Monica and Trey Songz, kicking off August 6. Dondria’s debut album, Dondria Vs. Phatfffat, is set for release August 17.

I’m just always thoroughly impressed by dancers. I love the art of what they do. It’s, how can I say it…BEAUTIFUL. Simply put. Ciara is the best female dancer in the game right now (though, let us not forget and always pay homeage to Ms. Jackson first and foremost). But, Ci Ci is undeniable!
