A judge says Jennifer Lopez’s ex husband can indeed release home footage of he and J. Lo which may or may not include nudity. The American Idol judge has had a long battle with Ojani Noa regarding the video’s and he is not backing down. Jenny From the Block and her legal were able to get a temporary hold on the video’s yet it seems he has found a loophole. Reportedly what he did was sell or give the footage to his new girl friend Claudia Vasquez. The judge ruled that the confidential agreement between he and J.Lo had no barring. Therefore Ms. Cruella or Claudia and her shady man can do with them what she wants. SMH.
