Nicole Richie: Restraining Order Update
She’s been pursuing a restraining order against a paparazzo who photographed her daughter Harlow Winter, and Nicole Richie may even take the stand in court.

The “Simple Life” babe will attend a hearing on Wednesday during which she hopes the judge will issue a permanent restraining order against the pesky shutterbug.
And Miss Richie has spared no expense in protecting her little girl- she hired high-powered attorneys Tamar Arminak and Mark Geragos to get the job done.
An insider told press, “Nicole’s attorneys will put on the stand several preschool teachers from Harlow’s school that have witnessed this photographer crossing the line trying to get pictures. Nicole is fiercely protective of her children, and won’t tolerate this. Nicole could testify also.”
