106 & Park started off as a video countdown, and evolved into a culture all its own. Free and AJ were the admirable two! Fans tuned in everyday at 6pm EST not only to see the hottest videos, but simply to catch Free and AJ. They looked good and had an undeniable chemistry. To follow the throne was Tigger and Julissa. They gave the show’s audience a different flavor, as Tigger is a low key Hip-Hop artist at heart and pretty-face Julissa held down the Hispanic community. Then, B.E.T. went on a search for “new faces”. Out of the thousands that auditioned only two were left standing: Terrence and Rocsi. The show has provided its viewers with all the elements of longevity: awesome hosts with distinct personalities, live studio audiences, interactive segements, big name celebrity guests and interviews, a hot set, and of course the hottest music with videos to accompany. 106 & Park has made history, and it’s been our viewing pleasure!
