But it Atlanta residents are attempting to rename a highway in honor of late rapper Shawty Lo.A Change.org petition to change the old Bankhead Highway from Donald Lee Hollowell Parkway to Shawty Lo Parkway is currently circulating with a goal of at least 1,500 signatures.
