As reports of clowns chasing people through Ohio circulate, one woman makes up a story because she was running late to work.

Alexsandra Conley, of Reading, OH, called the police to let them know she was attacked by a clown with a knife this weekend. After officers gathered information, they were under the impression that her story had many gaps and information that was missing…

“Conley described the suspect as a male wearing a clown suit with a red wig, white facial makeup and a teardrop on his left cheek. Police said Conley was calm as she was being examined by medics, even using her cellphone to access Facebook.

After an in-depth investigation, police found several inconsistencies in her report. Conley admitted to making up the story, police said, because she was running late to work and didn’t want to lose her job .

Conley was charged with one count of making false alarms, according to police.” – WCPO

Who has the time to make up these type of stories? Alex was worried about running late to work, and at this point she probably missed her whole shift at McDonald’s.
