The Brooklyn Native Phresher known for his break out record with Desiigner titled “On The Low” has earned himself a great deal of notoriety while building his own platform. Phresher has become a stand out artist, building more momentum with a power single titled “Wait A Minute” withe the recent add of the hip-hop heavy weight 50 Cent.
